SCOPE OF CARE

Texas has a specific list of conditions that qualify patients for medical marijuana under the Compassionate Use Program. The list of qualifying conditions has grown substantially since the inception of the program in 2015. We anticipate that the list of qualifying conditions will likely continue to grow in time.
